This is the collapsible slot grill. they are 21" long and 12" wide. Cooking surface is 21"x12". The grill grates are split and a lifter key is supplied so can lift 1 panel at a time if you need to adjust your coals. The key also has a bottle opener! You can collapse stack and bolt them together for storage! Cut from 11 gauge carbon steel. This grill comes with slots in side panel for air flow.
The grill is recommended to be treated LIKE a new cast iron. Lightly oil all parts and place into the oven. Follow a cast iron break in procedure. A spray on cooking oil of your choice is best. We use Avocado oil because it has a high smoke point.
