All of our grills go through a vinegar soak for 6-12 hours removing the millscale. The pictures above have millscale but the pictures are just our demo model. Millscale is not food safe!
This is the collapsible slot grill. they are 22" long and 14" wide. Cooking surface is 21"x12". You can collapse stack and bolt them together for storage! Cut from 1/8" carbon steel. This is a blank version will come with 1/2" holes in side panel for air flow.
The grill is recommended to be treated LIKE a new cast iron. Lightly oil all parts and place into the oven. Follow a cast iron break in procedure.
